Disappointing view from the room!!! With insufficient amenities like slippers and a robe, it's tough to feel pampered. Staff could improve their communication about restricted pool hours to avoid frustrating families. Late bag delivery was inconvenient!!!

Our stay was truly delightful! The warm welcome from the guest service manager made our arrival special. Kids loved the swimming pool! Explorers will enjoy the stunning lake views from our room. For breakfast, opt for the pastries—simply divine! Plan for a dinner at the on-site restaurant. the local dishes are a must-try.

I enjoyed the food in the restaurant, it was high quality and delicious. There were options for different types of diets, including healthy and Swiss alternatives. I particularly liked interacting with the chef, which added to the experience of my stay. It was nice to see first-hand how the dishes were prepared.

I was disappointed that my wife couldn’t use the pool with the kids because of the restrictions on swimwear. Additionally, there were some tiles missing in the pool, which was concerning.

The lake view from our Premium King Room was breathtaking, and the evening tea with pastries in the cozy lobby was a delightful surprise during our stay.

we loved our stay at moevenpick hotel du lac! the location is perfect, close to the lake and a quick ride into the city. the pool area was relaxing, and the spa treatments were delightful. what really stood out was the friendly staff who made us feel right at home. the extensive breakfast options every morning were also a treat!

Spacious premium king room with a lovely lake view. Super convenient access by lift and a private bathroom with a shower. The lobby area was comfy. The wellness center was a highlight with options like hammam, couple massages, and indoor swimming pool. The breakfast was amazing with fresh baked goods and extensive choices. Service was friendly and always available.
